Curious About Working Together?

You've tried to push through. But it's exhausting.

You've spent years managing the best you can. Keeping busy, trying to stay in control, pushing feelings aside, or always putting others first

But now, those strategies aren't working like they used to:

  • Stuck in repetitive thought patterns

  • Emotionally numb or constantly overwhelmed

  • Like you're living someone else's life

  • Exhausted by trying to "hold it together"

It's not weakness.

It's a signal that your mind and body are asking for a new way forward.

Therapy with a Purpose Break the Cycle

Not just talk. Together, we'll uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and work toward real, lasting change.

You don't need surface-level fixes. You need to understand wy you feel the way you do and what's keeping those feelings locked in.

At Gillman Psychology, therapy is more that a place to talk, it's a space to explore the roots of your struggles, shift your inner beliefs and build a life that reflects who you actually are - not who the past shaped you to be.

Hi, I'm Cameron

I’m a psychologist with a background in psychology, neuroscience, and human anatomy, which means I deeply understand how experiences shape both the mind and the body.

In every client I see, I notice the same pattern: old beliefs quietly shape how we feel, how we see ourselves, and how we live. These beliefs aren't your fault, they formed for a reason. But with the right support, they can be challenged and changed.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you shift those patterns and move toward something that feels more like you.

  • My approach blends depth with practicality. That means I’ll help you understand what’s going on under the surface, while also giving you tools to manage day-to-day life.

  • Clients often come to me after years of ‘pushing through.’ They’re tired of surviving, they want to grow, reset, and build something more sustainable.

  • I use evidence-based tools like EMDR, parts work, and schema therapy, not just to “fix symptoms,” but to help you reconnect with your values and rewrite the story you’re living.

If you’re unsure whether therapy is the right next step, that’s okay.

A free 30-minute consult is a simple way to check if it feels like a good fit.

What Working Together Looks Like

1) Discover the Story

We explore where you are now and what’s keeping you stuck. You don’t need a perfect narrative—just a place to start.

2) Understand the Origin

We look at the beliefs and experiences that shaped your patterns, and what still holds emotional weight.

3) Clarify What Matters

We define your values—not mine, not society’s. Just yours. They’ll guide where we’re heading.

5) Reinforce What’s Working

We solidify new beliefs and track real-world change—so therapy actually sticks.

4) Create Change

We use tools like EMDR, parts work, values based action, and behavioural experiments to shift old patterns.

This time, it can be different.
